Xcel Construction completed a targeted building envelope restoration focused on improving long-term performance and reliability. The project included the complete replacement of exterior caulking, localized masonry joint repairs, replacement of all exhaust vents, duct cleaning, and the installation of new rubber dampers. Together, these upgrades help protect the building from the elements while improving ventilation system performance and extending the life of critical components.
